We have experienced a slight delay because we have been working hard behind the scenes to upgrade our registration system and better align it with the USA Softball registration platform. Our goal is to provide a more streamlined and efficient registration experience for all of our families.

As you prepare to register, here are a few important things to know:

You will need to create a new account on our updated registration platform, even if you had an account on our previous system. If you have an account already, you are one step ahead! (click here for a document to help you start your account)

Softball age is different than your child’s actual age – please use the USA Softball age calculator to assist and please be mindful when choosing the division of play (age is age on 9/1/26) https://ri.registerplay.com/pages/home (scroll to the bottom of the page)

During registration, you will receive multiple receipts/transaction confirmations. These may include:

·       Your Chariho Girls Softball registration fees.

·       USA Softball membership fees (when applicable).

·       Payment processing fees.

Please don’t be alarmed by the multiple confirmations. These costs have always been part of the registration process, but our previous platform (SportsEngine) combined everything into a single transaction. The new system separates these charges into individual transactions, providing greater transparency.
